"Still going strong after loads of garden use"
I bought a Lafuma recliner from Lafuma Furniture last year and it’s had a lot more use than I expected, especially on sunny afternoons in the garden. It’s been dragged around the patio, used for reading, naps, and BBQ days, and it still looks smart.
What I’ve been most impressed with is how sturdy the frame still feels. There’s no wobbling or creaking, and the fabric hasn’t gone baggy or sagged in the middle like my old recliner did. I’ve also accidentally left it out in light rain a couple of times, and it dried out fine without any weird marks or smells.

The only reason I’d give it 4 stars rather than 5 is that one of the plastic clips has started to feel a bit stiff when adjusting it. It still works, so it’s not a big problem, and overall I’m really happy with it. It definitely feels like a chair that’s made to last.

"They promised spare parts, but none are ever available"
I was told I’d be able to get spare parts when needed, but that has definitely not been the case. Every time I check, they’re unavailable. It’s really frustrating because it feels like a promise they never intended to keep

"Return got sorted easy in the end"
I had to send back a chair because it didn’t really fit in with my garden setup like I hoped. The return info was clear and easy to follow, and my refund came through after a few days. I did have to chase them once for an update, but they got back to me and it was all fine int he end. Would order from them again tbh

"Warranty help took way too long"
My chair broke while it was still under warranty, trying to get help was kind of a pain. It took ages to hear back, and the whole process felt confusing. They did reply eventually, but yeah, not super helpful tbh.

"I was disappointed with this..."
I was disappointed with this. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot sturdier, but the frame feels flimsy and cheap. The stitching also started coming loose way too soon. I’m frustrated because I paid for something that should’ve held up better.

"Smooth order, exactly how I like it"
I ordered from lafuma-furniture.co.uk it was all painless. I’m a bit biased because I already like Lafuma stuff, but the website was simple to use, checkout didn’t give me any trouble, and the confirmation emails came through quickly. No drama, no chasing anything up — just an easy order from start to finish.

I’ve been using this chair outside for a bit, and overall it’s really comfortable. It took me a little while to get it adjusted the way I wanted, but once I did, it felt great. I’m not sure it’s absolutely perfect, but I’m definitely happy with it.

"Way bulkier than I expected"
I bought this relax chair thinking maybe it would look better once it was actually on my patio, but no. It just looks really clunky in person. The frame feels way too bulky, especially for the price, and the fabric color is kind of dull, not really the vibe I was hoping for. I kept looking at it thinking maybe it would grow on me, but it just doesn’t match the rest of my patio at all. Disappointed because I really wanted to like it.

"Delivery was just okay"
The delivery took a little longer than I expected, or, actually, not a crazy amount longer, just enough that I noticed. Overall it was fine, but nothing special.

"Got there in the end"
I ordered and everything was mostly fine, and I didn’t have any major issues with the product itself. I just had a couple questions along the way and ended up having to follow up more than once before I got a clear answer. To be fair, everyone I dealt with was polite, and they did sort it out eventually. It just took a bit longer than I thought it would. Not awful customer service, just kind of slow.

"Not as easy to use as they make it sound"
They make the site seem like it’s supposed to be simple and straightforward, but that was not my experience at all. I couldn’t find what I needed without clicking around forever, and everything felt way more frustrating than promised.

"Not gonna lie, it feels overpriced"
Not gonna lie, I was expecting a bit more for the price. I bought a chair from Lafuma Furniture and while it looks decent and does the job, it doesn’t feel as sturdy as I’d hoped. Delivery was fine and there were no issues there, but the chair itself just feels a bit too expensive for what it is. I’ve definitely seen similar options for less elsewhere, so I probably wouldn’t buy again.

"The box was dented when..."
The box was dented when it got here, which made me wonder for a second if the chair might’ve taken a hit too. I’ve had deliveries show up looking like they went on a whole side quest, so I was a bit nervous opening it. But thankfully the chair itself was totally fine and in good shape...
